CERATEC NEO is developed for ceramic panels up from 8 mm thickness. The CERATEC NEO system consists of a holding track profile (CERATEC holding track) and holding brackets to fix the pre-processed CERASHIELD facade panel on the substructure at the construction site.

CERASHIELD NEO facade panels for CERATEC NEO systems are produced as semi-finished products. They are "ready for use" an don´t necessarily need further processing. They can be directly mounted at the construction site.
CERATEC NEO is our sub construction for concealed fixing on the reverse side of large CERASIELD NEO facade panels, made from hybridceramic.
Basis of this system are CERATEC holding tracks. For buildings of which the outer walls are not suited as fixing basis, special constructions are available.
CERATEC holding tracks consist of vertical base tracks on which horizontal tracks are placed corresponding to the intervals of the CERASHIELD cladding panel grid. Per cladding panel, you need minimum two horizontal holding tracks. On the reverse side of the cladding panels, holding brackets are fixing for insertion into the holding tracks. The CERASHIELD NEO panels are hung by holding brackets which are fixed on the back of the CERASHIELD panels by special anchors. Height adjustment of the panel is made by an adjustable screw.
Construction depth from 52 - 380 mm are possible. Customized dimensions by request.
Statical proof is given by CERAMAX for each project individually.
CERASHIELD NEO facade panels have in conjunction with CERATEC NEO holding tracks an European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0096 (European technical approval) by the German Institute of Building Technology (DIBt), Berlin.
Therefore the use of CERASHIELD NEO facade panels with CERATEC NEO holding tracks as facade material is possible in all EU countries, without having to apply for authorization in the individual states.

By developing CERATEC NEO we attached great importance to a simple solution. An easy to use system, with high safety.
A good connection to usual systems is important for a high cost efficient solution. Therefore we developed CERATEC NEO with high compatibility to usual sub-constructions.
After connecting the CERATEC NEO holding track profiles with a sub construction, it is only necessary to hang up the pre-processed CERASHIELD NEO facade panels into the holding track and align them with an adjusting screw.
CERATEC facade systems and CERASHIELD facade panels are available for different application areas. Optimal in line with the requirements.
