CERATEC facade systems are available with CERASHIELD ceramic panels up to 150 x 320 cm, which can be taken together to storey overstretching facade-modules, up to 400 cm height.

CERASHIELD facade-constructions are available for different application areas. Optimal in line with the requirements.
Compatible to CERASHIELD facade panels with a minimum plate thicknesses of 4 mm and plate formats up to 150 x 320 cm.
- Plates up to 6 mm thickness are glued directly on a sub-construction or produced to facade modules with glued CERATEC adapter profiles on their backside.
- Plates up from 8 mm thickness get an mechanical bonding to CERATEC adapter elements.
The mechanical CERASHIELD plate bonding (up from 8 mm) with European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0096 (by DIBt | German Institute for Building Technology, Berlin) is allowed throughout all EU member states.
Therefore the use of CERASHIELD panels with CERATEC systems as facade material is possible, up from 8 mm panel thickness, in all EU countries, without having to apply for authorization in the individual states.

The CERATEC NEO system consists of a holding track profile (CERATEC holding track) and holding brackets to fix the pre-processed CERASHIELD facade panel on the substructure at the construction site.

CERATEC ECO is available with mechanical or glued ceramic plate bonding.
CERATEC ECO-M. Facade system with mechanical bonding.
CERATEC ECO-M is a facade system with mechanical plate bonding, in accordance with European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0096 (European technical approval).
The system consists of CERASHIELD facade plates with a minimum thickness from 8 mm. On their backside they get an mechanical bonding with an CERATEC adapter-profil. Due to the adapter profile CERASHIELD ceramic plates can be fixed on different constructions.

CERATEC ECO-G. Glued bonding for ceramic facades.
For thin CERASHIELD facade plates up to 6 mm thickness the adapter system CERATEC ECO-G is first choice.
Therefore CERASHIELD ceramic plates are produced to facade modules with glued CERATEC adapter profiles on their backside. At the construction site only the pre processed CERASHIELD facade modules must be fixed. There is no glueing necessary.
This safes time, costs and increases planing security for the site process.

For easy projects with medium size and thin CERASHIELD panels up from 4 mm thickness.
CERATEC BASE. Construction site bonding.
For interior or small outside facades we recommend our system CERATEC BASE. With CERATEC BASE ceramic plates can be glued at the construction site, directly onto a aluminum sub-construction.
